• Return Window: Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom Orders: Products that are custom-tailored or altered are not eligible for return or exchange unless there’s a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Inspection Process: All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval. If an item does not meet return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Policy Rights: Ambassador Designs reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet policy terms or appear to be misused.
